Official language of the Congress is English.

Medical Treatments
Emergency treatments and care will be available throughout the Congress and rest areas will be provided.
Antiviral medication will not be prescribed and delegates are suggested to bring their own medications.

PLWHA Lounge
PLWHA Lounge provides facilities for rest and relaxation, a gathering place, and information exchange for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Media Center
Media Center will serve the needs of registered journalists. Interviews will be held in this room.

 Media Registration
To register as a media delegate for the Congress, a proof of accreditation is required. This accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials. Those without credentials may instead provide a letter verifying your assignment to the Congress on the stationery of the media organization for which you work, along with two previously published articles.
The Secretariat will verify all credentials. There is no registration fee for accredited media participants. Media registrants are entitled to admission to all sessions, the Exhibition and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
