Due to the postponement of the 7th ICAAP,all application data including abstracts/proposals and scholarship received by the Secretariat before July 2003 is cleared, and the former Registration ID is also invalid.
All registrants who registered before July 2003 are required to register again.

The 7th ICAAP welcomes abstracts and proposals for Oral Sessions, Poster Presentations, Skills Building Workshops and Cultural Programs. There is only one Form for all of the above sessions.

There are four types of Abstracts/Proposals:
1. Abstracts for Oral Sessions and Poster Sessions (A): suitable for scientific research
2. Abstracts for Oral Sessions and Poster Sessions (B): suitable for experience
3. Proposals for Skills Building Workshops
4. Proposals for Cultural Programs
Each of the above abstracts or proposals should follow the styles illustrated below.

Submission via website
Submission via the Congress website is strongly encouraged. Abstracts or proposals submitted via website may be edited on-line until January 19, 2005.

Use of website and submission of Forms

Submission on paper
In submitting abstracts on paper, please follow the instructions below, for abstracts submitted on paper will be retyped for reviewing and printing.
1. Do not use tables, graphs, footnotes, underlines, or symbols.
2. The entire abstract/proposal must fit inside the space allotted on the Form and should not exceed 200 words.
3. One Form is required for each abstract/proposal.
4. Double-check it before submission. An abstract submitted on paper will be published as submitted and contents can not be changed.
5. In mailing the completed Form, please take special care to protect the typed surface.
6. Send it with the Registration Form. Make sure the Secretariat receive them before the deadline, January 12, 2005.
7. Please note that abstracts must be sent by post or by courier service. Faxed submission will not be accepted.
8. Abstracts submitted on paper will be retyped for reviewing and printing. Please note that the Secretariat waives responsibility for any typographical errors that may occur. Therefore, it is highly recommended that abstract be submitted via the website.

  Important Instructions
There are no Late Breaker Sessions in the 7th ICAAP.
In principle, only First Authors can submit abstracts and present at the Congress.
All abstracts/proposals must be in English.
Individuals may be listed as the First Author on up to two submissions, and may be listed as the Additional author on any number of submissions.
Applicants for Oral Sessions and Poster Presentations must select keywords for their abstracts from the list of keywords and indicate numbers assigned to the keywords.
Abstract/Proposal Submission Form must be sent with the Registration Form.
Scholarship applicant must send Registration Form and Abstract/Proposal Submission Form (if applicable) with the Scholarship Application Form.
Please note that if you are submitting an abstract/proposal, you must register by January 12, 2005

Format for Abstracts/Proposals
The title of the presentation should clearly reflect the information included in the abstract/proposal. Titles should not be more than 100 characters. The body of the abstract/proposal should not exceed 200 words.
